Hi Reader,
It was my birthday this week.
Which means I get to reflect a little, sound thoughtful, and act like I didn’t write this in the Notes app right before posting.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
Every year I get older. Shocker.
But somehow, I feel lighter.
Less proving. More presence.
Less chasing. More choosing.
Less “Do they approve?”
More “Does this feel right for me?”
I used to treat birthdays like deadlines:
“By 30, I should have everything figured out.”
Now? I just want to wake up with a clear mind, spend my time doing work that makes an impact, and share a good meal with people who feel like home.
That’s enough. That’s everything. That’s the vibe.
As a coach, founder, or creative leader—what’s your go-to method for leveling up? |

Here's Some Inner Game Wisdom to Chew on This Week
1 question from me |
|
I’ve observed that inteligence is pretty evenly distributed, mindset is not. There are countless examples of this in business and sports. Are you surrounded with people with the same mindset as you? (Click to Tweet) |
2 questions (and answers from me) |
|
-
Q: How do I know when to pivot or stick with my current strategy?
A: If you’re feeling that itch to pivot, don’t ignore it. Ask yourself: Is it my strategy or my execution? If it’s execution, double down. If it’s strategy and the numbers back it, pivot smart and fast. Data over drama, every time. (Click to Tweet)
- Q: What's your favourite book of all time?
A: Hands down it's Breaking The Habit of Being You by Joe Dispenza. I’ve read it over a dozen times and counting! (Click to Tweet)

3 insights |

- A simple question you can ask yourself that often changes behavior: Is what I'm about to do a step toward or away from what's important?
(Click to Tweet)
- Making yourself your #1 priority, is like the cell in your body, each cell takes all the incoming glucose in the spirit to be of service to the greater system, family, society, business, passion, purpose…

- If you want to be happy, you must be present, to be present, you must be honest at all times.

Why Getting Away with "It" will Cost You
Avoid doing wrong things, not because you won’t get away with it, but because you probably will get away with it. 😬 Here’s what happens — in the long term, it’s gonna hurt you. Not just in a karmic kind of way — look, deep down, you know who you are. Those moral slips? They’re written into our psyche, and we’re acutely aware of them. If you accumulate too many of these lapses, you’ll lose respect for yourself. The worst outcome isn’t getting caught — it’s not having self-esteem. Be careful about doing things you won’t be proud of, because they will damage you.
The real kicker! Your self-esteem and confidence take a hit. Funny how the things we’re not proud of tend to linger, messing with how we see ourselves. How you see and feel about yourself is the only thing that matters — nurture it!

Brain Candy Tweets That Made Me Think, Laugh, or Go ‘Huh, Interesting! |
|

The truth? You control the input 🎯, not the output.
Hard conversations = compound interest 📈. They’re tough now, but grow into trust 🤝, clarity, and growth.
Easy now, hard later…or hard now, easy later 🚀.

Easiest job in the world? Probably the guy who checks if the Mute button works at Zoom. Press. Unpress. Collect paycheck.
But if you're asking which job requires the least effort for the most reward? That’s a different game.
Easy is relative. If you're insanely good at something, what feels effortless to you is rocket science to others. The real cheat code? Find a niche where your unfair advantage makes things feel easy—then double down.
Or just become a lighthouse keeper. Low stress, great views. 🌊💡
