Lesson? It’s not about being perfect. It’s about bouncing back faster. Noticing the dip, owning the moment, and getting back to the energy you’re proud of.
Because real leadership isn’t about never slipping. It’s about how quickly you reset — and who you choose to be next.

Here’s the truth: Most people think they’re full of big ideas 💡, but 99 out of 100 times, they're just noise. Even the legends—people known for their creativity—will tell you that true big ideas are rare, like finding a needle in a haystack 🪡.
David Ogilvy, the godfather of advertising, once admitted he had only about 20 real big ideas over his entire career.
Why?
Because big ideas don’t come from grinding out brainstorm sessions or forcing it.
They come from your subconscious, that hidden part of your brain where all the magic happens ✨.
But here’s the catch: Your subconscious is like a giant soup pot 🍲. If you want a delicious dish, you’ve got to load it up with quality ingredients first—knowledge, experiences, insights.
Then, let it simmer. Disconnect. Go for a long walk, take a hot shower 🚿, pour yourself a glass of wine 🍷. And when you’re least expecting it, bam, the idea hits you like a lightning bolt ⚡.
Moral of the story: Feed your mind the good stuff, then give it space to marinate. That’s where the gold is 🏆.
