    What never changes

Some answers repeat word for word across all five horizons. Those are your values. You settled them long ago and probably never noticed you had.

    What moves

Other answers shift between horizons. Those are the changes you have already decided on without telling anyone, including yourself.

    What you cut

Once you can see where you are going in specifics, most of what fills your week becomes visibly beside the point. You do not cut your way to clarity. Clarity is what lets you cut.
